Next Level Design Studio Limited (trading as Next Level Studio) is the data controller for personal data submitted through this website. Registered in England and Wales, company number 14297568. Our registered office is Unit 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Lytchett Matravers, Poole, England, BH16 6FA.

When you submit a project request we collect your name, email address, company or project name, the type of project, your written summary, and any optional budget or timeline you provide. If you choose to continue into the guided brief, we also collect the answers you give there.

We do not collect any of this unless you choose to send it to us.

We use these details only to understand your enquiry, respond to it, and discuss the work. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you have contacted us about a possible project, and replying to you is what you would reasonably expect.

We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell or share them for anyone else’s marketing.

Your request is delivered to us by email through Resend, our email delivery provider, and this website runs on our hosting infrastructure. Both process the data on our instructions in order to get your message to us.

We keep enquiry details for 24 months from our last contact with you, then delete them. If the enquiry becomes a project, the relevant details are kept as part of our client records instead.

You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to ask us to transfer it. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below and we will respond within one month.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and does not run analytics that profile you. Nothing here requires a cookie consent banner.
